Marni (Kristin Bell) was your typical high school loser, tormented by the head cheerleader.

Marni’s all grown up now, and has become quite successful. On the way home for her brother’s wedding, she discovers he’s marrying her arch-nemesis, the head cheerleader.

As it turns out Marni’s mom comes upon her arch-nemesis as well. The head cheerleader’s aunt. Her former best friend. Everyone finds themselves reliving their high school years.

It’s a typical, formulaic chick flick. I found it predictable. And while it tried for a “flashback” motif, it wasn’t quite enough to interest me. Your mileage may vary.
